- Heart cut outs – you can find the digital download at the end of the post.
- Printer and paper – I prefer card stock for this craft because it takes paint well and it’s a little more sturdy, but regular paper also works.
- Scissors – for cutting out the hearts
- Paint – acrylic paint works well. You can also use washable paint or finger paint.
- Paint brush – wide flat paint brushes work best.
- Paper plate or bowl – for pouring out the paint.
- Paper towels – for wiping hands and clean up
- Smock – optional, but always a good idea when mixing paint and young kids
